The fact that I was in  Brooklyn sixty five miles away and no car, could have been a major problem.  You stepped in and did what had to be done.  When I was reluctant to turn the water back on for fear of a freeze and rupturing pipes, you communicated with the buyer and explained; when the Warwick Building Department required permits, you made more than one trip to Warwick to confer with the Inspector and to obtain permits, C.O., etc.  You made it happen.

 

On the personal side, you were always pleasant to talk to.  There was no awkward pressure; you kept me informed of all offers.

Recently my wife and I decided that we wanted to move out of our apartment in New Jersey.  We saw a small house for rent in Greenwood Lake.  This area of New York is appealing to us since we keep our boat in Greenwood Lake and really love the time we spend there, which always seems too short.

When we saw the rental home from inside we knew it was too small for our family.  The realtor told me that I should consider buying a house and even though I thought it would never happen, I agreed to look at some homes in and near Greenwood Lake.

Well, here it is, about 10 weeks since we started looking, and this past Monday we closed on our own house in Warwick, New York.
